Metal Forging

- 31 lines of updated forging equipment: die hammer, friction press, punching machine and trimming machine.
- Material: mild carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper alloys and aluminum alloys weighted from 0.2 lbs to 66 lbs.
- All forging parts subjected to Magnetic Crack Detection.
- Other operations: CNC machining, heat treatment, sand blast.
- The annual output of the forging plant is 8000Tons.
